always keep tape measure around because you never know when you need to measure a space for something you planning on putting something in tape measures are used more than alot of tools especially remodeling homes and buildings uou gott make sure everything is right to fit from measuring wood for cutting the size cabinets you need right pipes for the plumbing pouring down concrete you have to measure how far you need it them high tech measuring tapes dont last long always need to be charged up and really expensive breaking you're pocket especially losing it this one i bought is only $5.48 the hyper tough 30 inch at Walmart

NO CAULKING GUN NEEDED AT ALL JUST SQUEEZE IT MULTIPLE USE ON YOUR KITCHENS BATHROOMS AND PLUMBING JOBS FIND IT AT WAL-MART STORES AND ONLINE FOR $ 2.86 EACH make sure you get enough especially if you doing something big like putting in a mirror and sink or resealing shower wall or new toilet that new Jacuzzi tub in the house tearing down old broken cabinets to install new set that need to be caulked all over make sure you have people hold them in place so you won't get it wrong and have to do it all over again
